"The lady that had help me today was very polite. Had taken my car insurance payment over the phone. And had ask me if I was going to make a payment on my life insurance and that I was behind on 2 payments. I had told her that I will try to put a little more money in with the life insurance. Had asked me if I could make the $109.14 told her no but next month I will . She then asked me if there was anything else that she could do for me. But I told her no."
