State Farm® Insurance Agent Leo Longworth

"HORRIBLE... customer service and a complete lack of communication!
For the last 3–4 months, I have been charged different amounts for my insurance. After recently paying over $1,400, I was suddenly told that due to a mistake on their end and changes in their system, I now owe an additional $697 on top of what I already paid.
What is even more frustrating is that I have called every month for the past 3 months to get my total balance, and not once was I told about this extra $697 charge. I spoke with Leo, and before that Emily and Alexia, who were helpful in trying to explain why this fee appeared. However, after speaking with the office manager about the situation, Leo never got back on the phone to apologize or offer any assistance, even though it was obvious how upset I was.
To make matters worse, after speaking with Corporate, I was informed that the agency notes did not fully document our conversations and left out key details. The notes made it appear that the agency was actively addressing and resolving my concerns when that was not the case. I was very disappointed to learn that important information regarding my situation was not properly documented.
If possible, I would recommend staying away from this location. Being given incorrect information repeatedly and then being expected to pay hundreds of dollars more because of errors on their end is unacceptable."
