"Shay is by far the best agent we have dealt with ever! Our previous agency owner retired and we were moved to another location in winter haven. The staff was rude and absolutely terrible. "My windshield was cracked on a recent trip. Crystal at Leo's office made sure to get me set up as soon as humanly possible for repairs.
